Job Description

Title - Technical Recruiter



Location - Sector 63 Noida



Experience - 06 month to 2 years



Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:



Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and industry events.

Screening Applications:



Reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications, and conducting initial phone or video screenings to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

Conducting Interviews:



Performing interviews (both technical and behavioral) to further assess candidates' suitability for specific roles and client needs.

Managing the Recruitment Cycle:



Guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process, from application to offer, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Building Relationships:



Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and client companies to understand their needs and build a pipeline of qualified professionals.

Understanding Client Requirements:



Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, technical skills, and cultural preferences.

Negotiating Offers:



Facilitating salary negotiations and offer packages that are competitive and mutually beneficial.

Staying Updated:



Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry to effectively source and assess candidates.

Using Recruitment Tools:



Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and streamline the hiring process.

Networking:



Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the candidate pool.

Promoting Employer Brand:



Representing the consultancy and its client companies positively to attract top talent.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
