Communication and Client Management: Ability to coordinate with hiring managers, build professional relationships, and effectively communicate expectations.
HR and Organizational Knowledge: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR policies, and employment laws, preferably in domestic recruitment.
Adaptability and Time Management: Capable of working efficiently in high-pressure environments and meeting recruitment deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A strong grasp of IT industry hiring trends is an advantage.
