Recruitment Trainee
to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in
technical recruitment
. You will be actively involved in sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates, while gaining practical experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and Organization branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Identify and evaluate potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Job Posting & Outreach:
Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms and engage with suitable candidates.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and organize interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring teams.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal databases.
Initial Candidate Engagement:
Conduct first-level screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Branding Support:
Assist in executing recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to enhance Organization presence.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare hiring reports, maintain interview feedback, and support documentation efforts.
Requirements:
Education:
Any graduate (non-MBA)
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech Skills:
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn is a plus
Organization:
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay detail-oriented
Attitude:
Energetic, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people
Good to Have:
Internship or past experience in recruitment/HR
* Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
