We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Technical Recruiter

with 2-3 years of experience in

core engineering hiring

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across traditional engineering domains such as mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements Draft and update job descriptions for engineering positions Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS systems Manage offer rollouts and onboarding processes Build relationships with engineering colleges and training institutes Stay informed on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (corporate or consultancy) Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and assessment techniques Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with ATS tools and modern hiring platforms Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

Preferred

Experience in non-IT / core engineering / real estate / construction hiring Exposure to campus hiring and bulk recruitment
