Key Responsibilities:
Understand technical hiring requirements and job specifications
Source candidates using job portals (Shine, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients/hiring managers
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
Handle email communication, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
Confident and persuasive with strong convincing abilities
Good knowledge of job portals - Shine, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and professional email writing
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Quick learner and eager to grow in the HR domain
