Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical interviews
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Must be ready for Work from office in coming Months.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, QA, DevOps, data, etc.)
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
