Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
Review resumes, evaluate skills, and conduct interviews effectively.
Ensure daily operational updates and accurate status reporting.
Meet defined metrics, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
Handle both IT and Non-IT recruitment mandates.
Maintain communication with stakeholders to track candidate progress.
Own the full hiring life cycle -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and manage interview coordination.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven recruiting experience (preferably with Big4, mid-size consulting, or executive search firms).
Hands-on experience with ATS and social media sourcing tools.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
