Key Responsibilities:- Technical Recruitment
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles (Blockchain developers, engineers, DevOps, product, designers, etc.).
Evaluate technical skills through initial assessment, resume screening, and coordinating technical tests.
Manage interview scheduling with hiring teams and maintain candidate pipelines.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for active & passive candidate sourcing.
Coordinate with internal teams to define job requirements and role expectations.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports.
HR Operations
Handle onboarding processes including documentation, joining formalities, and induction sessions.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRMS updates.
Support performance evaluation cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
Address basic HR queries and assist in policy communication.
Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Support payroll inputs and exit formalities when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Technical Recruiter or HR Executive.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
Familiarity with HRMS tools, ATS, and recruitment platforms.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of software development processes and tools.
Experience in fast-paced startup or tech company environments.
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
