Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Technical Hiring Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Civil, PEB, MEP, Infrastructure roles and the ability to hire qualified engineers, supervisors, site staff, and technical experts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction-related positions (MEP Engineers, PEB Engineers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, Civil Technicians, Safety Officers, etc.).
Understand technical job requirements by coordinating with project heads & department managers.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, networking, references, etc.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-up, salary negotiation & final offer process.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment MIS and weekly hiring reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (HR, Management, or Engineering preferred).
2-5 years of recruitment experience in Construction/Infra/PEB/MEP sector.
Strong understanding of technical roles in the construction field.
Excellent communication, negotiation & coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle bulk hiring.
Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment tools, and job portals.
