Role Overview:
As a Tech Recruiter at Talent Nexa Consulting, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-notch technology professionals for startups and tech companies. Your expertise in sourcing and recruiting will directly contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates for various tech roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Screening and Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the roles.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience in technology and product hiring, preferably within startups or tech companies.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Sourcing (Must), referrals, and specialized recruitment tools.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of technology roles and skill sets to effectively screen and evaluate candidates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and managing candidate information.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
