1. Business Associate (US Staffing Sales)

:

Generating New Business and clients.

Acquiring New IT Positions from the clients.

Maintains an ongoing relationship with both prospective and existing clients.

Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.

Contacting potential clients via e-mail or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Should have knowledge in lead generation, client interaction, cold calling and gathering requirements.

2. Business Associate (Bench Marketing)

:

Marketing the available candidates on bench for positions all over the USA.

Has to work with H1B, TN Visa, EAD, Green Card and US Citizens

Exposure on various tax-terms like - C2C, W2, 1099.

Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like, dice, monster, career builder and social networking sites

Build networks of candidates to accommodate for current and future client demands

Compile, track and analyze sales and distribution metrics.

Reach out maximum number of requirements which are open in the market and establish and manage relationships with Employers and third party agencies.

Speaking with Vendor/Hiring Managers on regular basis to get the open positions which match bench consultants.

Dedicated to the US recruitment process with the responsibility to marketing staffing needs based on the client and vendor requirements.

Ability to understand technical skills, latest buzz words in the industry.

3. US IT Recruiter

:

Handle end-to-end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)

Negotiating compensation to close a candidate and hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

Using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch and LinkedIn.

Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.

Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
