Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing, to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate a candidate\'s technical skills, experience, and qualifications
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals for future hiring needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter
• Proven track record of successful technical recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines
