Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with 1+ year of experience in IT and Digital Marketing recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Digital Marketing requirements Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial HR evaluations Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs Schedule interviews and ensure smooth follow-ups Maintain accurate candidate records and reports Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process Handle offer coordination, negotiations, and joining formalities Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 1+ year of experience in technical recruitment Strong understanding of IT and Digital Marketing hiring processes Hands-on experience with recruitment tools Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
