Role : Technical Recruiter

I. Core Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition & Recruitment)
Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Proactively develop and execute advanced, creative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines, dedicating the majority of time to these efforts. Ensure that we hire the right talent that helps our organization meet its business objectives.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and successful closure, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process.
Assessment Management and Analysis: Administer, and manage role-specific assessments using test platforms. Continuously monitor assessment performance, analyze results, identify mismatches or drop-offs, and iterate to improve hiring accuracy and quality of hire.
Candidate Experience and Screening: Conduct initial interviews, serving as an authentic representative of the company's values and culture. Ensure a best-in-class, positive, and engaging experience for all candidates through clear communication and timely feedback.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with the company goals.
Process Optimization and Reporting: Utilize data and key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements that scale with the company, and provide regular, transparent reporting.
Talent Nurturing: Proactively engage with potential candidates and maintain a pool of qualified talent for future needs.
II. Pre-Onboarding & HRIS
Pre-Onboarding Readiness: Ensure complete administrative and logistical readiness for all new hires, including contract completion, background checks, system access, and workspace preparation (physical and digital tools).
Information and Engagement: Provide essential company and role information (e.g., handbooks, policies, first-day agendas) and maintain consistent, positive communication to foster excitement and a sense of belonging prior to the start date.
HRIS Expertise: Develop and maintain deep system knowledge of the HRIS, including its functionalities, capabilities, and staying current on all system updates and enhancements.
III. Required Qualifications
Experience Profile: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical IT & Data recruitment (ideally in fast-paced/startup environments/ global capability centres)
Sourcing Acumen: Demonstrated expertise and a proven track record in sophisticated sourcing across diverse platforms and channels.
Technical Understanding: Deep comprehension of technical roles, programming languages, and developer toolsets.
Core Competencies: Robust organizational, time management, and self-driven abilities. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and relationship-building skills are essential, with a strong ability to negotiate offers.
