Preferred candidate profile

- End-to-end IT recruitment sourcing to onboarding.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools for hiring.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience.
Familiar with job portals and hiring trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
