We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for senior and Junior software development roles, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and related technologies. This role requires someone with deep understanding of technical skill requirements, excellent sourcing strategies, strong candidate engagement, and the ability to assess relevant experience for high-impact technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level engineering roles, especially in AI/ML and advanced software domains.
? Source high-quality talent through multiple channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, referrals, networking communities, talent platforms, etc.
? Screen candidates for technical competence, experience relevance, and cultural fit.
? Work closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand detailed role requirements.
? Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical roles.
? Conduct structured and professional pre-screen interviews to evaluate experience, expectations, and communication.
? Create job postings and detailed recruitment plans for each role.
? Handle offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and joining follow-up.
? Manage the HR activities post Recruitment.
? Handle Payroll processing of the InDApp Technical team .
Required Skills and Experience
? 2- 3 years of experience in technical recruitment
? Proven hiring experience in AI/ML or deep tech domains
? Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tech stacks
? Ability to screen candidates based on project exposure, architecture concepts, and technical background
? Experience using ATS, sourcing tools, and assessment platforms
? Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
? Ability to hire for multiple geographies and timezones (preferred)
