We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle--from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Source candidates using various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Utilize Boolean search techniques and smart filters to identify relevant candidate profiles.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers, track feedback, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to balance candidate expectations and company bandwidth
Maintain accurate data in recruitment trackers and ATS.
Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports and pipeline updates
Key Skills:
2-4 years of experience in technical and non-technical hiring.
Strong hands-on experience sourcing candidates using Naukri and advanced Boolean searches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools
