Source and screen candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms.
Understand technical job requirements and identify the best-fit candidates for software development, testing, DevOps, and related roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Support the HR team in other recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of IT/technical terminology (or willingness to learn).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online job portals.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning and teamwork.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
