Key Responsibilities:
Handle the
end-to-end recruitment process
for IT positions -- from understanding requirements to onboarding.
Source
candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen
resumes, evaluate technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage
candidate communication
throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth experience.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports on a regular basis.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential IT candidates for future requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and recruitment priorities.
Stay updated on the latest IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in
IT recruitment
(agency or corporate).
Strong understanding of
technical roles
(Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.).
Proficiency in using

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced and target-driven
environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
or recruitment CRMs.
Basic understanding of
