. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing and closing niche technology roles, have excellent communication skills, and be ready to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Contract, C2H, Permanent).
Source candidates using multiple channels - job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, Boolean search, and networking.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary discussions, and offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline for niche requirements (Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.).
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely delivery on client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months - 1 year of
hands-on IT recruitment experience
(staffing agency or corporate).
Strong sourcing ability for
niche IT skills
(Java, Full-Stack, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
Familiarity with
job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and recruitment tools
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
Graduate degree preferred.
