About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, high-energy individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and a chance to learn modern hiring tools in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process -- understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Source & attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates & hiring managers.
Maintain accurate data in recruitment trackers / ATS.
Assist in offer rollout, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding activities.
Contribute to employer branding activities, referral drives, and campus hiring initiatives.
Prepare & share recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics.
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Who Can Apply
Minimum Qualification: Graduate or pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Passion for recruitment, people management, and organizational growth.
High energy, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
