About the Role

Alphanext Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced recruiter (3-5 years) who specializes in Gulf hiring. This position is permanently based in Indore and works according to the Gulf calendar, including Gulf region holidays and working hours. The recruiter will support client projects across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) for Gulf roles (IT, Engineering, Construction, Healthcare, etc.). Adhere strictly to the Gulf work calendar and holiday schedule, mirroring UAE/KSA workdays and time-off structure. Coordinate interview schedules and recruitment activities in line with Gulf working hours. Develop and maintain talent pipelines using leading Gulf job portals, professional networks, and social media. Ensure candidate compliance with client requirements and local Gulf regulation Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and report recruitment metrics.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

3-5 years' experience in Gulf recruitment, preferably in agency or in-house teams. Advanced skills in sourcing candidates via GCC job boards (Naukrigulf, GulfTalent, MonsterGulf, LinkedIn). Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to work independently from Indore. Strong understanding of Gulf labor trends and compliance standards. Graduation in any discipline; preference for HR/Business backgrounds. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
