Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for job posting, pre-screening candidates, salary negotiation, head hunting, and social media posting and outreach to attract top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and post job advertisements on various platforms. Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates. Identify and engage potential candidates through head hunting techniques. Utilize social media for posting job openings and reaching out to potential candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and records. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and social media platforms. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
