The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role will work closely with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements and support the company's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for various positions.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs.
Screen and review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
Interviewing & Selection
:
Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Coordinate and collaborate with department managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely communication with candidates about interview schedules, feedback, and hiring decisions.
Onboarding Support
:
Assist in the preparation and execution of the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Ensure new employees have the necessary documentation and support for their first day.
Data Management & Reporting
:
Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate source, and hiring trends.
Generate recruitment reports to share insights with management and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with HR Team
:
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and assist in workforce planning.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to ensure continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience in hiring across various industries is a plus.
