Sourcing and Identifying Candidates:

Utilizing various platforms like job boards, social media, and professional networks to find potential candidates with the necessary technical skills and experience.

Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video screenings, and assessing technical skills and cultural fit for the role.

Managing the Recruitment Process:

Guiding candidates through the interview process, providing feedback, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Negotiating Offers and Onboarding:

Extending job offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to build a strong network and pipeline of talent.

Staying Updated on Trends:

Keeping abreast of the latest technologies, industry trends, and recruitment best practices to effectively source and attract top talent.

Promoting the Company:

Acting as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company's culture and values to attract top talent.

Conducting Job and Task Analyses:
