This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in recruitment and talent acquisition within the US market. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions, supporting our recruiting team, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and networking
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills and fit for open positions
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand job requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
