Job Summary:



We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Technical Recruiter

to join our HR team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technical professionals across web development, digital platforms, and tech-related roles within the digital marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role expectations for technical and creative tech positions. Write and post engaging job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms. Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, job boards, and other networking channels. Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring teams and candidates. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Keep up with industry trends to understand current hiring demands and candidate behavior in the tech and digital space. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in digital media, IT services, or product-based companies. Strong knowledge of roles like front-end/back-end developers, UI/UX designers, digital product engineers, and tech support professionals. Familiarity with recruiting tools, social media, and ATS platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple open positions at once.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience recruiting in digital marketing, media, or advertising agencies. Understanding of modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms). Prior experience working in a startup or agency setup is a plus.
