Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
Manage candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closure with timely follow-ups.
2. Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building
Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely updates, interview feedback, and next steps.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Maintain long-term relationships with talented candidates for future hiring needs.
3. Offer Management & Closure
Handle compensation discussions and expectations with shortlisted candidates.
Work with HR and management for offer rollouts and documentation.
Follow up with candidates during notice periods and ensure successful joining.
4. Reporting & Recruitment Operations
Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare daily/weekly hiring status reports for leadership review.
Track sourcing effectiveness and support continuous optimization of hiring strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in HR is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in
domestic technical recruitment
