About the Role



We are looking for a skilled

Technical Recruiter

with 3-5 years of experience in hiring IT professionals across all levels--from entry-level engineers to senior technical architects. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in

organic sourcing

, technical screening, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities1. Technical Sourcing & Recruitment



Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various IT roles. Source candidates using

non-paid channels

such as: LinkedIn (organic sourcing) Social media groups (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook tech communities) Networking and referrals Campus outreach, alumni groups, hackathons, meetups GitHub, StackOverflow profiles, online tech communities Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and project exposure. Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, and experience. Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers. Manage candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closure with timely follow-ups.

2. Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building



Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates, interview feedback, and next steps. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Maintain long-term relationships with talented candidates for future hiring needs.

3. Offer Management & Closure



Handle compensation discussions and expectations with shortlisted candidates. Work with HR and management for offer rollouts and documentation. Follow up with candidates during notice periods and ensure successful joining.

4. Reporting & Recruitment Operations



Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare daily/weekly hiring status reports for leadership review. Track sourcing effectiveness and support continuous optimization of hiring strategies.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in HR is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in

domestic technical recruitment

. Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and industry requirements. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple technical requirements simultaneously. Experience using ATS and HRMS tools.

Preferred Skills



Experience hiring for multiple IT skill sets: Full Stack, Backend, Frontend Developers QA/Test Engineers DevOps, Cloud Engineers Data Engineers, Analysts, AI/ML roles IT Infrastructure, Networking, Security Tech Leads and Architects Strong technical comprehension to evaluate candidate proficiency. Effective in networking and building community connections for talent sourcing.
