As a recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process -- from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across departments.

Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.

Support employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or any Bachelor degree.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of recruitment processes and tools (training will be provided).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
