We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter / Engineering Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad on a contract basis. This role is responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting partnership to Apple's business leaders and candidates through our sourcing and selection processes, performing full lifecycle recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships. Description



As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be the cornerstone of our technical hiring efforts, owning and driving the end-to-end recruitment process for critical engineering and product roles. Your responsibilities will include:



Strategic Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, engage, and attract top-tier technical talent from diverse channels, employing creative and effective strategies to build robust pipelines. You'll be the go-to person for finding the right profiles.

Full-Cycle Recruitment & Candidate Engagement: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless, positive, and engaging experience for all candidates.

Hiring Partner Alignment: Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers and leaders to deeply understand hiring profiles, define success metrics, and collaboratively develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.

Market Intelligence & Advisory: Provide data-backed insights on talent market availability, competitive compensation trends, and hiring best practices to influence and guide strategic hiring decisions.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyse key recruitment metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time-to-source, time-to-hire) to evaluate pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and proactively suggest process enhancements and optimizations.

ATS Management & Communication: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow throughout the recruitment journey.

Special Projects & Initiatives: Actively participate in and contribute to various talent acquisition and people-related special projects, helping to shape and refine our overall recruiting strategies and employer brand.

Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.



Preferred Qualifications



Experience working in a global or rapidly scaling organisation.

A passion for technology and staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent landscapes.

Certifications in recruitment best practices or relevant recruiting tools.

Experience with employer branding initiatives or talent marketing.

Proven track record of successfully hiring for high-demand, specialised technical roles such as Software Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack), Product Management, Data Science, Machine Learning, or similar.

Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up, manage a high volume of requisitions, prioritise effectively, and operate autonomously to consistently hit challenging hiring targets.

Excellent communication, influencing, and consultation skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with senior Hiring Managers and Leaders.

Expertise in utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engagement.



Minimum Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the Technology sector (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, Gaming, etc.)","internalDetails":null,"eeoContent":null
