"Must have 2-4years of experience in hands-on recruitment, specialized in sourcing, screening and handling complete candidate management.Solid analytical skills, with a keen eye for metrics, data and reporting.Build effective pipeline and sourcing approach using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining and other relevant methodsAbility to connect and convince candidates on taking up challenging roles with Qualitest.Good understanding core-skill based hiring, technology skills around QA and Digital Engineering.Responsible for effective execution and managing end to end recruiting process to achieve or exceed service level standards.Self-Management of requirements tagged to you and work closely with hiring manager for solutioning and better effectiveness of hiring.Focus on numbers, high volume hiring, coordination.Must be open to do weekend drives (with allowances) every weekend and support large recruitment drivesHolds team accountable for performance measured both quantitatively and qualitatively.Leverage Data and Innovation to Get ResultsSeeks out and demonstrates industry & competitor and other business trends to ensure we stay ahead of the competitionDevelop, track, and analyze TA metrics globally in order to implement continuous improvement of strategies and processes."3 must havesRecruitment 4/5Sourcing 4/5Metrics 3/5
