Skills Required: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in Information Systems or a related field. Experience in RFPs/RFIs/RFPs, presales and bid management. 3-6 years of technical proposal writing experience. Salesforce/cloud computing/AI or ML experience is highly encouraged. Strong written and verbal communications and proven experience creating content in multiple mediums. Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices Working on multiple RFP responses at the same time Should have in-depth knowledge of proposal preparation, bid management, and collateral preparation Creation and maintenance of repositories for MTX\'s products in an organized manner. Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to create winning proposals.
