Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Managerial Cadre) to lead and manage cross-functional technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, aligning project execution with business goals, and mentoring project teams.:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in all technical meetings and discussions with internal teams and clients. Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions across frontend and backend technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and ensure best coding practices are followed. Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and development teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across different layers of the application stack. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, and evaluate their applicability in current and future projects. Take ownership of technical documentation, including system architecture, APIs, and deployment processes. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle processes (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, version control, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Expertise in frontend technologies and backend frameworks (eg. WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Laravel, PHP, Node, Vue etc) Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL), API design, and system integration. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?528,000.00 per year

Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift

Shift allowance
