We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and timelines

• Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams

• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets

• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as applicable

• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

• Ensure quality delivery within scope, time, and cost

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management with strong technical exposure

• Hands-on understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps

• Strong understanding of backend/frontend technologies, APIs, databases

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• PMP / Scrum Master certification (good to have)

• Experience working with distributed teams

• Domain experience in BFSI / Healthcare / E-commerce (if applicable)

Skills Required
