Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Agile & Scrum Facilitation:Champion Agile adoption across project teams and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with delivery goals and eliminating blockers.


Project Planning & ExecutionDefine project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables with effective resource allocation. Identify risks proactively and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Coordinate and deploy technical resources such as developers and engineers to meet project demands.

Team Communication & CoordinationAct as the liaison between technical teams, Scrum Masters, PMO Leadership, and Engineering Leadership to maintain alignment and transparency. Facilitate regular team ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinements, and retrospectives. Manage stakeholder expectations effectively by communicating progress, risks, and roadblocks clearly.

Quality Assurance & Delivery ManagementOversee QA testing cycles and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones within scope and quality parameters.

Monitoring & ReportingUtilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) to monitor project health and progress. Provide regular status updates and performance metrics to all stakeholders. Collaborate post-project with Scrum Masters and PMO Leads for retrospectives to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder & Client ManagementServe as a communication bridge between PMO and engineering teams to align expectations, deliverables, and timelines. Manage change requests in project scope or schedule while keeping PMO leadership informed and engaged. Promote a collaborative culture fostering motivation, ownership, and accountability within project teams.


Required Skills and Knowledge:Strong technical background with understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and systems integration. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence. Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies. Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities with strong analytical thinking. Any DevOps /Support Services knowledge will be great. * Provide oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring delivery alignment, removing blockers, and promoting team ownership and accountability.
