Technical Project Manager

with strong hands-on understanding of

Angular

Java/Spring Boot

technologies. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering high-quality solutions. Candidates with

Retail domain

experience will be given priority.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end project delivery

, from planning to deployment Lead and coordinate

Angular, Java, QA & DevOps

teams Work closely with clients for

requirement gathering, updates & feedback

Conduct

sprint planning

, backlog refinement, and progress tracking Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and delivery expectations Identify project risks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth execution Drive continuous improvement and maintain documentation

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years total IT experience

, with

3+ years in Project Management

Strong technical understanding of

Angular

,

Java

, and

Spring Boot

Proven experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environments Solid understanding of

SDLC

, versioning, CI/CD & deployment workflows Excellent

communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

Retail domain

experience is a strong advantage

Good to Have

Experience working with distributed teams Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Exposure to DevOps practices
