Partner with the best As Staff Technical Product Manager, You\'ll operate in lock-step with product management to create a clear strategic direction for build needs, and convey that vision to the service\'s scrum team. You\'ll direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements captured as stories. You\'ll partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects and technical debt. In this role, you will be responsible for: Integrating and aligning of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Service Owners and Developers. Owning the short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases. Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity. Prioritizing continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs Conducting customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on new or modified feature sets handled in development. Demonstrating superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, Business product manager and development team Demonstrating excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have graduated with a Bachelors in a related Business focus with a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience. Have a strong knowledge of Travel and Expense Management process with SAP Concur tool. Have strong knowledge of Financial Controllership processes with tools like Blackline. Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems Be Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts Able to demonstrate knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security Be Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
