Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated
Technical Project Manager
to lead our
Web (PHP/Laravel/WordPress)
and
Mobile (Flutter)
development teams. This role demands strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and alignment with business goals.
Must-Have Skills:
7+ years of experience in software development or project management roles.
Proven experience in managing
PHP (Laravel, WordPress)
and
Flutter
development teams.
Strong understanding of web and mobile app development life cycles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
Experience in
conflict resolution
, team motivation, and performance management.
Familiar with tools like Jira, Trello, GitHub, and project documentation practices.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
