1. Project Planning and Execution



Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments, for all technical projects. Monitor project progress, ensuring that milestones are met and any issues or delays are addressed promptly. Coordinate the allocation of technical resources and skills, ensuring the project team is equipped to execute tasks efficiently. Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello) to track progress, manage schedules, and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

2. Technical Leadership and Decision-Making



Provide leadership on all technical aspects of the project, ensuring the project team follows best practices and adheres to technical standards. Offer technical expertise to solve problems, overcome challenges, and make critical decisions that affect the project's success. Conduct regular technical reviews and evaluations to ensure that the project is progressing according to the technical specifications. Ensure the project is designed and executed in alignment with current technical trends, tools, and technologies. Guide and mentor team members, providing technical insights and resolving complex issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

3. Stakeholder Management and Communication



Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, external clients, and vendors. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and resource utilization.
