About the Role

We're looking for a

Technical Project Manager (TPM)

with a strong blend of

project management expertise

and

hands-on technical knowledge

in

AWS Cloud, Python (FastAPI), MERN Stack (React + Node.js)

, and

AI/ML & AI Agents

.
The ideal candidate will lead multiple cross-functional teams, manage client communication, and ensure smooth project execution -- from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the

end-to-end project lifecycle

-- from requirement analysis, planning, execution, delivery, to post-launch support. Lead and manage cross-functional teams working on

MERN Stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB)

and

Python (FastAPI)

based backend systems. Architect, review, and guide

AWS Cloud

infrastructure setup including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and S3. Collaborate with data and AI engineers to develop and integrate

AI/ML models

and

AI-powered agents (Conversational, Workflow, or Automation Agents)

. Implement

AI automation solutions

leveraging OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks. Ensure code quality, security, and version control best practices using

Git

. Manage sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and progress tracking in

Jira

(or similar PM tools). Conduct technical reviews, stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles. Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and clear deliverables. Create and maintain project documentation -- architecture diagrams, deployment plans, test reports, and release notes. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and propose timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

6+ years

of experience in technical project management within a

software or IT services company

. Hands-on technical understanding of:

MERN Stack:

React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB

Python (FastAPI)

for backend APIs

AWS Cloud Services:

EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch

AI/ML model integration

and

AI Agent frameworks

(LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) Strong experience in

Agile/Scrum project management

using

Jira, Trello, or ClickUp

. Deep understanding of

Git/GitHub/GitLab

version control workflows. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes

, and

CI/CD pipelines

. Exposure to

AI workflow automation

or

RAG-based AI systems

. Familiarity with

cloud cost optimization

and

monitoring tools

. Certifications:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect
