Position Summary:
The scrum master will be responsible for monitoring the scrum processes and meetings. He will increase his team efficiency and create changes that will ensure deliverables are of high quality and done in a timely manner. In addition to ensuring observance of Definition of Done throughout the agile process, he will be accountable for the team to live the agile values, principles and follow LotusFlare's delivery processes and best practices.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sprints and responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings with Agile methodology
• Helps product owners to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
• Should be a good coach in Agile practices. S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
• Help a team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
• Manage each project's scope and timeline
• Update agile tracking systems "JIRA" to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Maintain process documentation
• Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice
• Support the development managers and project leads as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Information, Informatics Engineering or any other relevant majors
• 3yrs + Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment.
• 2 yrs IT business analyst background
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.
• Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
• Needs to be expert in estimation and planning. He knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that can occur
• Excellent English and Bahasa written and communication skills
• High analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certified Scrum Master, is a plus
