We're Hiring: Technical Project Manager (TPM)

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Project Manager

to lead and deliver complex software projects while collaborating closely with engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery using

Agile/Scrum methodologies

Own project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting Manage backlogs, sprints, and releases using

Jira

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, stakeholders) Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals
Required Skills

Must-Have:

5+ years of experience in

Technical Project / Program Management

Strong expertise in

Agile, Scrum, and Project Management

Hands-on experience with

Jira

and Agile tracking tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Knowledge (Required):

Basic Java

Next.js Must

NestJS Must

Ability to understand system design, APIs, and technical discussions
Nice to Have

Experience working with distributed teams Exposure to cloud-based or scalable systems PMP / Scrum Master certification
