Location: Remote/Hybrid (Jaipur preferred)Experience: 5-10 yearsCTC: Up to 12 LPARequirement: 8 hours of mandatory screen sharingAbout the Role:We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end tech execution at Togwe. You will manage sprints, coordinate backend/frontend/mobile teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain tech processes. This role combines project management, product planning, documentation, and technical oversight (no coding).Responsibilities:Convert founder vision into clear requirement documentsPlan/manage weekly & bi-weekly sprintsTrack tasks on Zoho/Jira/ClickUpConduct daily stand-ups & push productivityCreate wireframes, flows, user stories, acceptance criteriaCoordinate with developers and manage weekly KPIsReview architecture, oversee QA, APIs, deploymentsMaintain documentation in Notion/ConfluencePrepare weekly reports & communicate risks/delaysWork with marketing and attend client/partner callsRequirements:Strong understanding of web architecture (frontend, backend, APIs)Experience managing developers & tech teamsExcellent communication & documentation abilityKnowledge of SaaS development, QA, CI/CDTools: Zoho Projects, Notion/Confluence, Figma (basic), Slack, Git (basic)Preferred: Sports tech experience, API-based SaaS background, startup exposure.Why Togwe?Lead tech for a growing sports-tech company, build processes from scratch, work directly with the founder, and grow toward a future CTO role.
