Experience Required:

3-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects end-to-end. Collaborate with development teams working on

.NET

and

Node.js

technologies. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders. Ensure adherence to best practices in

software development, testing, and QA

. Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and performance tracking. Act as a bridge between technical teams, clients, and management. Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective QA planning and coordination. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3-6 years

of total experience, including

project management

and

hands-on tech

exposure. Strong technical understanding of

.NET

,

Node.js

, and modern web technologies. Prior

experience as a QA Lead

or handling QA processes is highly desirable. Excellent

communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
