Program Manager

Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale digital engineering programs involving

custom app development, microservices, API integration, analytics, AI and cloud-native platforms

. The role requires strong program delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to orchestrate multi-disciplinary engineering teams toward business outcomes.



Core Responsibilities:


Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide transformation programs.

Partner with C-level executives to align program goals with business strategy.

Ensure delivery excellence through robust program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Oversee multiple concurrent programs and integration of emerging technologies (Digital engineering, AI/ML, GenAI, cloud platforms) into business processes and govern delivery across engineering squads, ensuring CI/CD, DevSecOps, and testing rigor.

Work closely with data science, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of digital engineering projects.

Drive change management and adoption across global teams.

Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.

Build and mentor a high-performing program delivery team and instill a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Deep understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.

Deep understanding of digital engineering practices, including custom app development, design thinking, microservices architecture, system integration, product development mindset and agile methodology.


Qualification:


15+ years of program management experience, with at least 5 years leading large digital engineering programs.

Proven success in delivering customer-facing applications, integration programs, and microservices-based architectures.

Consulting or global services background preferred.

Certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) a plus.
