About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Project Manager

to lead the execution of complex software projects involving

networking and AI-driven systems

, while also playing a critical role in managing

customer escalations

,

field issues

, and

firefighting scenarios

. The ideal candidate should bring a blend of technical proficiency, stakeholder management, and a calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage software project lifecycles with cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Act as the

primary escalation point

for customers and field teams to address urgent issues and production downtimes.

Coordinate rapid-response activities during

fire situations

, ensuring quick diagnosis, root cause analysis, and resolution.

Work closely with support, QA, and deployment teams to track field issues and drive effective solutions.

Collaborate with customers to gather feedback, understand use-case challenges, and communicate resolution timelines.

Maintain detailed issue logs, post-mortem analyses, and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.

Own project planning, milestone tracking, and Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Bridge the gap between product teams and engineering, ensuring customer priorities are reflected in the delivery roadmap.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

4-10 years of experience managing software projects in networking, cloud, or AI-based domains.

Proven experience in

handling customer issues

on-field deployment escalations

, and

production outages

.

Strong technical understanding of networking protocols, REST APIs, and software integration.

Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle and concepts like model deployment, edge inference, or data pipelines.

Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
