This

Technical Project Manager

position, focused on IT Solutions & IOT Solutions development and is responsible for program management support and leadership for managing the planning, development and delivery of software that span across multiple technology areas and product segments for GenicMinds.

Ability & experience to support both pre & post sales phases (in 'Lead to Cash' phase) starting from understanding Customer Requirement, Project Planning & Scheduling, Project Monitoring & Control, Project execution & Closure. Should have worked on following technology & self-hands on Java, Node JS, Flutter, React Native, Swift, Python etc. Able to understand & accordingly plan interdependencies, staffing plan & constraints, schedule optimization across multiple tech teams. Establish clear record of commitment and drive prioritization. Be a 'Customer Champion' for the Project Delivery phase. Establish rigorous planning, execution discipline & communications process: risk management (including risk identification, risk categorization & risk mitigation), issue tracking & issue resolution, tracking, schedule trends vs baseline, recovery actions, executive reporting & stakeholder communications Develop Project / Program indicators to manage project / program health during planning, execution and closure stages. Have periodic Project Status review with internal & external (customer) stakeholders. Partner with other functional areas to establish critical processes to support ensuring disciplined product development and decision making. Coordination across multiple development sites may be required. Develop and establish strong processes that streamline the development cycle and help integrate multiple plans, dependencies and deliverables effectively. 10+ years of Project delivery experience in a Software development lifecycle in a complex, strategic, mid to large scale delivery environment. Exposure to the delivery of other Technology areas like IOT, Cloud, AI/ ML, WAN will be a distinctive advantage. Project Management experience over end-to-end product delivery (concept to market) will be an added advantage. Coordinate release and sprint planning, Conduct daily scrum meetings Help developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues in a Project lifecycle Provide leadership and coach, motivate, lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development. Ready to work in a startup mode as a self-initiator. Certification in PMP or Prince 2 would be a distinct advantage.
