About the Job

ENO8 is looking for a full-time Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background and solid Business Analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate has previously worked in a hands-on technical role (developer, QA, systems analyst, or similar) and transitioned into project management where they drive delivery, write high-quality documentation, and support technical teams.


This is a hands-on role involving client communication, requirements analysis, backlog creation, and coordination with globally distributed engineering teams.


This is a

full-time, fully remote role

but requires daily interaction with global teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

Provide strong governance across all assigned projects, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies Serve as the escalation point for delivery and technical coordination issues Manage and support live production software systems with high user load Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and release planning Participate in technical discussions to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with architectural direction Own all Business Analysis/Product Manager deliverables, including: + Requirements documentation (BRD/FRD)
+ User stories and acceptance criteria
+ Process flows, use cases, and basic wireframes
+ Functional and non-functional specs
Build and maintain a structured, prioritized, and technically sound product backlog (Ability to create and define the product roadmap).
Understand business cases and ensure requirements align with product vision and expected outcomes. Coordinate across engineering, AI specialists, design teams, and QA to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. Support QA planning, release validation, and production readiness Maintain all project documentation, such as RAID logs, change requests, project plans, communication logs, and decisions Facilitate cross-functional communication in a remote environment while ensuring alignment across stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of total experience, including at least

5+ years in a hands-on technical role

(developer, QA engineer, systems analyst, or similar) Minimum 5 years leading end-to-end software development projects Strong Business Analysis experience with a proven ability to create high-quality documentation Experience managing or supporting live production software with substantial user load Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases, cloud basics, architecture fundamentals, and Agile delivery Familiarity with modern AI-supported workflows (AI copilots, AI code generation, AI-driven testing, etc.) Strong governance skills -- scope control, timeline and budget management, risk tracking Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in remote and cross-cultural environments Dependable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work Takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about serving clients well Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or similar tools Must be comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
