We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver data-driven initiatives across our Data & Analytics team. This role requires strong project management skills combined with hands-on technical understanding of data platforms, pipelines, and analytics. The TPM will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data projects.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of data projects including data platforms, pipelines, dashboards, reporting, and analytics initiatives. Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements, project plans, milestones, and deliverables. Work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, and Data Scientists to plan and execute projects. Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively communicate status to stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, IT, Security, and Business teams. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and quality standards. Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews). Track KPIs, project metrics, and delivery outcomes; continuously improve processes and delivery efficiency. Support release planning, UAT coordination, production deployments, and post-release reviews.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Strong understanding of

data engineering and analytics concepts

, including: + SQL
+ BI & reporting tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of data quality, data lineage, and governance frameworks.

Project Management Skills

Proven experience managing complex technical projects in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong planning, estimation, dependency management, and risk mitigation skills. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 15+ years of overall experience as Project Manager

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
