Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of IGA/IDM implementation/Support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing IGA/AM deployments in complex enterprise environments. Someone who is very much aware of integration, troubleshooting and application onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full lifecycle of IGA/AM implementation projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Technical skills and experience of implementation and support for IGA/AM systems Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning Coordinate across cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, application teams, and third-party vendors Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners Ensure delivery aligns with client requirements, compliance standards, and security best practices Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership Lead change management, communication plans, and post-implementation reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Total IT experience of 7+ years Previous hands-on experience with IGA/IDM tools (e.g., SailPoint, ISIM, ISAM, RSA, Okta, CyberArk, Azure, etc.) is mandatory. Need someone who know the application onboarding, troubleshooting, integration on any tool is fine. Good to have PAM tool experience 5+ years of IT project management experience, with 3+ years specifically in IAM projects (IGA/AM) Strong understanding of IGA/AM PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification preferred Proven ability to manage technical and business stakeholders Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes for IAM solutions

Pay: ?2,000,000.00 - ?2,400,000.00 per year
